Employees are paid semi-monthly on 15th and the last day fo each, resulting in 24 pay period per year. Your first paycheck will be issued on the next scheduled pay date after the applicable payroll period has been processed.

If you start employment between the 1st and 15th, you will typically receive your first paycheck on the last day of that month.

If you start employment on or after the 16th, you will typically receive your first paycheck on the 15th of the following month.
For example, if you join on July 1, you will receive your fiest paycheck on July 31. If you join on July 16, you will receive your first paycheck on August 15.
